設備（bèi）簡（jiǎn）介：

適合重量較（jiào）大的（de）物料包裝，穩定性強，適應高負荷工作環境。

1.自動包裝（zhuāng）機，可實現（xiàn）自（zì）動（dòng）計量（liàng），自動上袋、自動充填、自（zì）動熱合縫包一體等一係（xì）列（liè）工作，不需（xū）要人工操作。節（jiē）省人力（lì）資源（yuán），降低長期（qī）成本投入。也可與其它配套設備（bèi）完成整條流水線（xiàn）作業。

2.稱量機（jī）采用立式螺杆給料，由單螺杆構成。螺杆由伺服電機直接驅（qū）動（dòng）保證計量的速度和精度。工作（zuò）時，螺杆根據控製信號旋（xuán）轉供料；稱重傳感器（qì）和稱重控製（zhì）器進行稱重信號（hào）的處理,並輸出重量數據顯（xiǎn）示及控製信號。

3.本機組由備（bèi）袋庫、取袋理袋裝置、上袋機械手、夾袋下料裝置、抱袋推動裝置、袋口導（dǎo）向裝（zhuāng）置、真空係統及控（kòng）製（zhì）係統等組成；采用從備袋庫取袋，袋子對中定位（wèi），袋子往前送，袋口定位，預開袋，上袋機械手（shǒu）插刀插入（rù）袋口，同時兩側氣抓夾住（zhù）袋口兩側，最後上（shàng）袋。

1、Automatic packaging machine that can achieve automatic measurement, automatic bagging, automatic filling, and automatic heat sealing, all without manual operation. 2、The weighing machine uses vertical screw feeding, consisting of a single screw. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to ensure the speed and accuracy of measurement. During operation, the screw rotates to feed according to control signals; the weighing sensor and weighing controller process the weighing signals and output weight display and control signals.

3、This machine set consists of a bag storage library, bag picking and arranging device, bagging robotic arm, bag-clamping discharging device, bag-holding pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system; it uses bag extraction from the bag storage library, bag centering and positioning, forward bag feeding, bag mouth positioning, pre-opening the bag, and the bagging robotic arm inserting a knife into the bag mouth, while both sides use air grippers to hold the sides of the bag mouth, and finally bagging.
