可包（bāo）裝：

設備（bèi）簡介：

適（shì）合重量較（jiào）大的物料包（bāo）裝，穩定性強，適應高（gāo）負荷工作環境。

1.自（zì）動包（bāo）裝機，可實現自動計量，自動上袋、自動充填、自動熱合縫包一體等一（yī）係列工作，不（bú）需要人（rén）工操（cāo）作。節省人力資源（yuán），降低長期成本投入。也可與其它配套設備完成整條流水線作（zuò）業。

2.稱（chēng）量機采用立式螺杆給料，由單螺杆（gǎn）構（gòu）成。螺杆（gǎn）由伺服電機直接驅動保證計量的速度和精度。工（gōng）作時（shí），螺（luó）杆根據控製信號旋轉供料；稱重傳感器和稱重控（kòng）製器進行稱重信號的處理,並輸出重量數據顯示及控製信號。

3.本機組由備袋庫、取袋理（lǐ）袋裝置、上袋機械手、夾袋下料裝置、抱袋推動裝置（zhì）、袋口導向裝置、真空係統及（jí）控製（zhì）係統等組成（chéng）；采用（yòng）從備袋（dài）庫取袋，袋子對中定位，袋子往前送，袋口定位，預開袋，上袋機械（xiè）手插刀插入袋（dài）口，同時兩側氣抓夾（jiá）住袋口兩側，最後上袋。

1、Automatic packaging machine that can achieve automatic measurement, automatic bagging, automatic filling, and automatic heat sealing, all without manual operation. Saves human resources and reduces long-term cost investment. It can also work with other auxiliary equipment to complete a full production line operation.

2、The weighing machine uses vertical screw feeding, consisting of a single screw. The screw is directly driven by a servo motor to ensure the speed and accuracy of measurement. During operation, the screw rotates to feed according to control signals; the weighing sensor and weighing controller process the weighing signals and output weight display and control signals.

3、This machine set consists of a bag storage library, bag picking and arranging device, bagging robotic arm, bag-clamping discharging device, bag-holding pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system; it uses bag extraction from the bag storage library, bag centering and positioning, forward bag feeding, bag mouth positioning, pre-opening the bag, and the bagging robotic arm inserting a knife into the bag mouth, while both sides use air grippers to hold the sides of the bag mouth, and finally bagging.
